How do I start my free trial?
Download any Titans Grip app from the App Store and open it. You will be prompted to start a 3-day free trial that unlocks all premium features. No payment is charged during the trial period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find the Titans Grip app and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use Titans Grip on multiple devices?
Yes. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and works on any iPhone or iPad signed in with the same account. Your training data syncs via iCloud.
How does AI video analysis work?
Record or upload a video of your training session within the app. The AI analyzes your form, technique, and execution, then provides a score from 0 to 100 along with specific feedback on what to improve.
Is my training data private?
Yes. Your training logs, videos, and personal data are stored on your device and synced via your private iCloud account. We do not share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Are Titans Grip apps available on Android?
Currently, all Titans Grip apps are available exclusively on iOS (iPhone and iPad) through the Apple App Store. There is no Android version at this time.
How do I report a bug?
Email us at support@dovedstudio.com with a description of the issue, your device model, iOS version, and app version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful for diagnosing the problem.
Can I request a new feature?
We welcome feature requests. Send your suggestions to support@dovedstudio.com with the app name and a description of the feature you would like to see. We review all requests when planning updates.
