By accessing or using the Titans Grip website (titans-grip.com) or any of the Titans Grip iOS applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Titans Grip provides AI-powered sports coaching applications for iOS. Our apps offer video analysis, personalized training plans, AI coaching, technique libraries, nutrition tracking, and competition preparation tools across multiple sports and disciplines.

Subscriptions and Payments

• All Titans Grip apps are free to download with a 3-day free trial that unlocks premium features.
• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store, as Doved Studio does not process payments directly.

Acceptable Use

When using Titans Grip services, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications
• Use the AI coaching features to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Redistribute or resell content generated by our AI coaches without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website or apps

AI Coaching Disclaimer

Titans Grip apps provide AI-generated coaching suggestions for educational and training purposes. Our AI coaches are not substitutes for professional medical advice, certified personal trainers, or licensed sports coaches. Always consult with a qualified professional before starting a new training program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

You acknowledge that all physical training carries inherent risks and that Doved Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during training activities informed by our AI coaching features.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, AI models, and branding within Titans Grip apps and website are the property of Doved Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Content you create within the apps (training logs, uploaded videos, notes) remains your property. By using our services, you grant Doved Studio a limited license to process this content as needed to provide the coaching features.

Limitation of Liability

Doved Studio provides Titans Grip services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doved Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
