How Strong Are You Compared to Others?

Strength standards help you gauge where you stand relative to other lifters at your body weight. This calculator uses body weight ratio thresholds that are widely accepted in the strength training community. For example, a male intermediate lifter typically squats about 1.75x body weight, benches 1.25x, and deadlifts 2x. These numbers scale with gender and body weight to give you an accurate rating for each lift. Use the results to identify weak points and set realistic training goals.
